Pine bark extract has a reasonable research base for antioxidant activity and some studies on circulatory support, often under the brand name Pycnogenol.
The Honest Gap
Research commonly uses doses around 150mg — a notable fraction of the 570mg blend on its own, if it were the only ingredient at that amount. Since it shares the blend with five others, we can't confirm its actual share.
