Six ingredients, one combined weight. We think the math behind that number is worth walking through in full, rather than leaving it as a single unexplained figure on the label.
What's Printed On The Label
Vasoryn's Supplement Facts panel lists a 570mg 'Proprietary Blend' containing L-Citrulline, L-Carnitine, Pine Bark Extract, Maca Root Extract, Grape Skin Extract, and Saffron Stigmas Extract — with no individual breakdown.
What Research Typically Uses
Add up commonly studied doses for each ingredient on its own — L-Citrulline (~3,000mg), Maca Root (~1,500mg), L-Carnitine (~500mg), Pine Bark (~150mg), Grape Skin (~150mg), Saffron Stigmas (~30mg) — and you get roughly 5,330mg combined.
The Gap
Vasoryn's entire blend holds 570mg — about 11% of that combined figure, split six ways in an unknown ratio. Even if the formula heavily favored the lower-dose ingredients (like Saffron's ~30mg), it's mathematically impossible for all six to be present anywhere near their individually studied amounts.
What This Doesn't Mean
This isn't proof the blend does nothing — dose-response relationships aren't always linear, and a formula can combine several ingredients at more modest amounts for a cumulative effect. What it does mean: we can't verify this specific formula matches the research behind any single ingredient's reputation, and neither can you, without the company disclosing more.
